Spend an afternoon making something you'll use in the garden for years to come. In this workshop you'll create your own personalised plant and bulb labels and small garden signs, working with red terracotta clay and a contrasting coloured slip for a look that's stylish but still rustic and handmade.
No pottery experience needed. This is a fun, relaxed session and complete beginners are very welcome, with guidance from Sheena throughout.
Your pieces are carefully dried and then fired to over 1200°C, which makes them frost resistant and ready to go straight out into the garden. Firing takes time, so pieces are normally ready for collection 3 to 4 weeks after the workshop (sometimes sooner).
